The file 'NTIL_SoE_*.xml' contains the slave device description for the EtherCAT master. 
In the Beckhoff TwinCAT System, this file has to be copied to the directory:

C:\TwinCAT\Io\EtherCAT\

Then the PLC is able to integrate the LinMot slave with the default mapping.
